The staff was so friendly and helpful. Stefanny assisted with parking during check-in. breakfast was wonderful, with a nice cheese selection and sunny-side-up eggs prepared for us. Kids ate free at breakfast. the family suite had two rooms inside. Everything was good.

the family suite had two separate rooms which was a fantastic setup. soft towels and toiletries are offered. the air conditioning worked fine. i also noticed good soundproofing, so outside noise was not an issue.

the hotel is near praça marquês de pombal. metro station access is convenient. there are restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. rossio and rua augusta are also accessible by a 30-minute walk down av da liberdade.

musty smellinconsistent temperature
the room smelled musty upon arrival i don't know why. the air conditioning was difficult to regulate, and i struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. it was either too cold or too warm, never just right i suppose. it.

I found the room to be adequately sized. The bathroom was very clean with generous space. The hotel decor was quite appealing, and cleanliness was evident throughout. The room included ample storage, a balcony, a television, a fridge stocked with beverages, air conditioning, and effective soundproofing. The breakfast was a fantastic value, with a broad selection of delicious items.
